Our Community Brunch and Membership Drive will take place on Sunday, April 16th from 10 am to 1 pm. Both Grange Members and the whole community are invited to attend this free evert. It is a great time to introduce neighbors who haven’t yet joined the Grange to enjoy the comradery and offerings that our Grange provides in Golden Gate Canyon. We will have information on the new Jeffco Lookout Alert System, which all residents are encouraged to join. If you would like to help by bringing a breakfast casserole or baked goods, contact Terri Costeldia at 303 277-0351.

On April 22nd from 9 am to 4 pm we will hold our Earth Day Craft Fair. To sign up to host a table contact Thirza Kennedy at 303 907-7437 or tamk4407@gmail.com.

On May 25th at 7 pm we will have a presentation about the 10-year CSU Study on Mountain Lions in the Front Range. The Golden Gate area was a significant part of the study.

A wonderful way to participate in a community project is to join us on May 21st for the Golden Gate Canyon Road Clean-Up. We meet at the Grange and each pair of volunteers cleans debris from a portion of the road from just below Galbraith Open Space to Crawford Gulch. We will provide you with more information closer to the date.

Couples Dancing and Line Dancing Groups continue to be popular privately sponsored events at the Grange. All are welcome to attend. Randy Patrick leads the Couples Dancing Class and Grange Member, Lori Niquette teaches the Line Dancing. So put on your dancing shoes and join in on the fun! Cost is $5 for Grange members and $7 for non-Grangers.

Yoga is held on Wednesdays from 3–4 PM. If you haven’t been to a class before, Judy and Susan will provide a class that will offer alternatives for all levels. If we have bad weather, we may switch back to Zoom yoga. Please send you email address to jayruesch@aol.com if you would like to be added to the yoga email list for updates on cancellations, or changes from in person to Zoom classes.

Grange meetings are the first Thursday of each month at 3:30 PM. All are welcome to attend!
